Taking a rest on the top of Bleu Mountain!
Well this summer was a lot of fun! I went on two hiking trips, did lots of biking, and had an awesome time teaching my 5th grade class at Camp-Of-The-Woods in Speculator, NY.  Working at camp was a blast and gave me a great amount of teaching experience and lots of opportunities for outdoor activities, but it was obviously hard to keep up on this blog and trip.  I have officially reached the half way mark in my fund raising which is very exciting!  $1,500 down $1,500 to go!  I know that I can finish strong with the support of friends and family.  Thank you for your financial and prayer support and I ask that you would continue to support me as I am coming up to some important deadlines.  I hope your summer was so good that you are just as sad to say goodbye to it as I am!

Today I have been thinking a lot about our trip and I am sooo excited!  So far I have raised almost $200 but I have a long way to go.  I am praying and trusting that God will provide.
Thank you for your support so far and please continue  to pray as our team moves forward.
Thanks,
Abbey

Before a performer can execute a piece, it takes months of practice and hard work. It takes long hours, dedication, and passion to make a piece of music beautiful.
As the four of us girls begin this journey of getting to Asia, we are in that beginning stage. We are just sitting down to the piano for the first time or just seeing a piece of music in front of our eyes for the first time. We don't know the difficulty we will have to overcome but we understand the hard work we will need to make this trip possible. With passion and dedication, we have faith that what seems uncertain right now will turn into a beautiful masterpiece for the Lord.
We ask that you will please pray for us as we begin this journey and prayerfully consider supporting us financially.

love,
the girls
